Fall Is Here

We went up to visit our cabin in Big Bear this weekend. The leaves were turning colors and it was amazing to see. Deep reds, vibrant yellows and bright greens. So many beautiful colors. We went for a walk with our daughters around the neighborhood just to get outside. They had collecting pine cones and stomping on the leaves that were falling down.

Winter is Coming- Let's Hope there's Snow in the Mountains

The rain we had last week made me wonder how the snow season will be in Big Bear this winter. Some years, there has been a pretty good snowfall and its been fun to spend the weekend playing in the snow like little kids.

Here are some pictures of our last trip up to our cabin "High View Retreat" in Big Bear. Our daughter had a great time and enjoyed playing in the snow. Let's hope this winter there is plenty of snow in the mountains.
